The purpose of the J.E.D.I. Council is to provide the opportunity to encounter individuals from diverse backgrounds in the quest for the higher level of understanding and connection that our times call for. In our commitment to Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, we will Listen, Learn and Lead Responsibly to address the Four Levels of Racism as we have identified them: 

1. Internalized - Within Us
2. Interpersonal - Between People
3. Institutional – Within Society or Organizations
4. Structural Racism – Within Systems
